7. What about guitar tablature?

The Online Guitar Archive used to have it, but removed it due to copyright restrictions. The only way to get it that we know of now is to order the sheet music (see previous question). The last time we checked, it was still in print.

8. Who is the shadowy figure at the end on the last episode?

From a reliable source within Paramount:

"It was Bob Broder, the agent for Glen, Les and Jimmy. He REALLY wanted that bar to stay open!"

("Glen" is Glen Charles, "Les" is Les Charles, and "Jimmy" is James Burrows, the creators of Cheers.)

9. What is the address of Cheers?

There are two answers to that question. The actual bar in Boston is called the "Bull and Finch Pub" and is located at 84 Beacon St.

On the show, the address is given as 112 1/2 Beacon St.

10. Is there a Cheers Fan Club?

Not to our knowledge, but if you know of one, please let us know so we can put the info here.

11. What is the address and phone number of Paramount Studios?

	Paramount Studios
	5555 Melrose Avenue
	Hollywood, CA 90038
	(213) 956-5000

12. What was the poem Robin recited to Rebecca in ``Wedding Bell Blues''?

Shakespeare's Sonnet XVIII:

1 Shall I compare thee to a summer's day?
2 Thou art more lovely and more temperate.
3 Rough winds do shake the darling buds of May,
4 And summer's lease hath all too short a date.
5 Sometime too hot the eye of heaven shines,
6 And often is his gold complexion dimm'd;
7 And every fair from fair sometime declines,
8 By chance or nature's changing course untrimm'd;
9 But thy eternal summer shall not fade
10 Nor lose possession of that fair thou ow'st;
11 Nor shall Death brag thou wander'st in his shade,
12 When in eternal lines to time thou grow'st:
13 So long as men can breathe or eyes can see,
14 So long lives this, and this gives life to thee.

13. Will there be a reunion?

As much as we'd all like to see a reunion show with all of our Cheers characters, there are no definite plans (at least to our knowledge) that such a show is planned.

14. Where can I get the Cheers font?

The font is called ITC Cabaret and is sold by Image Club Graphics, a division of Adobe Systems, Inc. Their page is at www.eyewire.com, and you can find this font here.

15. Where can I get prints from the Cheers opening titles?

Unfortunately, we don't know of any source of these prints.

16. In which episode did the gang tap out "We Will Rock You" on the bar?

That was episode 186, "Severe Crane Damage".

17. When was Cheers established?

A bordello called Mom's was established in 1889 at 112 1/2 Beacon Street in Boston. Six years later it became the bar Cheers. The sign states 1895 as the founding date.

18. What was the Final Jeopardy "answer" when Cliff lost all his money?

"Archibald Leach, Bernard Schwartz, Lucille LeSueur". And the "question" was "What were the real names of Cary Grant, Tony Curtis and Joan Crawford" (not, it must be noted, "Who are three people who have never been in my kitchen?").

19. What number did Sam Malone wear on his jersey when he played for the Red Sox?

"Mayday" wore #16.

20. What song did cousin Russell (Harry Connick, Jr.) sing to Rebecca in Episode #238?

It was Connick, Jr.'s own song, "I'll Dream of You Again". The complete lyrics are:

"I'll Dream of You Again"
by Harry Connick, Jr.
I spent last night dreaming of your eyes
But your hair kept getting in the way
Your lips dropped in to tell me how you'd been
But when I tried to kiss them
My pillow told me I missed them
Your voice dropped by and sang a lullaby
And it was then I knew just what to do
I'd fall asleep and then
I'd dream of you again

21. What is the capacity of Cheers?

196, as noted on a sign inside above the entrance

22. What was the name of the song that Sam and Diane danced to at the end of Diane's last episode?

What'll I Do. If you are interested, Linda Ronstadt recorded it on her album "What's New". (Thanks to Jim Southern for this one.)
